Rates and Policies:

Rates based on double occupancy from $100 to $175, plus a required 10% sales tax. Rates subject to change without notice. Additional fees for three or more guests. Reservations guaranteed with credit card (VISA/MasterCard). Multiple night discounts available.

Check-In after 2 p.m., or earlier by special request.
Check-Out by 11 a.m.

A Texas Country Breakfast served at 8:30 a.m. daily in the main house.

Smoking permitted outside only.

Reservations:

Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit equal to one night's stay, or one-half the total for multiple nights. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations accepted with 7 days advanced notice. Major holidays require 15 days notice.

Main House:

Lodging available in the main house includes two single or double occupancy bedrooms, one bath, and a sitting area.

Log Cabin: (c. 1850)

The cabin sleeps four with one private bedroom and a loft. There is one bath, a kitchen, a front porch with rockers and a private patio with gas grill.

Richter's Pharmacy Museum: (Texas' Only Private Pharmacy Museum)

Our largest facility is a unique combination of lodging, events center and an extraordinary museum. The museum is an authentic replica of a turn-of-the-century drug store, with a working soda fountain, apothecary cabinets filled with elixirs, healing powders, and other curiosities from another time. The Events Center is the ideal venue for parties, live entertainment, formal affairs, and business functions.

The Pharmacy sleeps six adults with one private bedroom, two queen sleeper sofas, two baths, a kitchen, a conference room, an entertainment sound and PA system, a 15'x40' covered beer garden with fireplace, a dance floor, an outdoor bar, handicap access, and more.
